After experiencing years of heartbreaking infertility and pregnancy loss, we were overjoyed to welcome Nora into our family. We saw the positive benefits whole food has had on our health and the health of thousands of people we’ve helped through our blog Real Simple Good. We wanted to share all of those benefits with our daughter.
We are working hard to give her every advantage to have the healthiest start possible: raising her to have a positive relationship with food and teaching her to love whole foods as much as we do.
